What you can ask
Everything the backoffice offers, in whichever words you would use to a colleague.
Reservations and bookings
Look up, book, move or cancel tables and treatments. Block a date when you close.
“Move the Rossi table to 20:00 and confirm it.”
Team and schedules
See who is on, publish shifts, and answer “who covers Sunday?” without opening the rota.
“Who is working Saturday evening?”
Holidays and time adjustments
Approve or decline requests as they come in. Staff can ask about their own balance.
“Approve Priya’s holiday request for next week.”
Menu and services
Update prices, mark a dish sold out, add a new treatment. It appears on your website at once.
“Mark the sea bass as sold out tonight.”
Broadcasts
Send a note to the whole team or one location, drafted for you and sent when you say so.
“Tell the kitchen team we open an hour late on Monday.”
Settings and billing
Opening hours, notification recipients, kiosk devices and your subscription. Owner-only actions stay owner-only.
“Which kiosk devices are paired right now?”
Guardrails, built in
An assistant with the keys to your business needs the same rules as a person with them.
Acts with exactly your role
The assistant can only do what you could do yourself in the backoffice. Staff see their own schedule; owner-only actions stay owner-only.
You allow every connection
Connecting starts in the assistant and ends on a Choktse consent screen that shows which app is asking and which account it will act as. Nothing is connected until you press Allow.
Owners hold the switch
One company-wide switch under Settings → Connected apps. Turn it off and every assistant loses access on its very next request.
Everything is logged
Every action lands in the activity log under your name, exactly as if you had clicked it. Disconnect an assistant with one click, any time.
Connect in two minutes
Choktse speaks the Model Context Protocol, the open standard assistants use to work with outside tools. No plug-in to install, nothing to keep up to date.
- 1
Paste the Choktse address
In Claude: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector. In ChatGPT or another assistant, look for “MCP server” or “integrations”. Every assistant takes the same address.

Sign in and allow
A Choktse window opens. Sign in with your usual email and password, check which app is asking and which account it will act as, then press Allow.
- 3
Say hello
Back in the assistant, ask “Which Choktse account am I connected as?” It answers with your name, role and company. From here on, just ask.
Put Choktse in the conversation
Your team already talks to an assistant all day. Give it your business.
